Fairview with the Schlappi's

Monday night Dusty and I went down to Fairview to see our friends Tyler and Tilly. It was so good to see them, and have a good night out. Their kids are getting so big! We had a campfire and got to ride some horses. It is gorgeous up there! Thanks for a fun night Schlappi's!

Kira had a birthday!!!!

Dusty and I went up to Idaho on Sunday to help Miss Kira J celebrate her birthday. She has such a fun personality and is so independent. We love having her in our family!

Whitney and Brady become Mr & Mrs

On Friday, August 14th, Whitney and Brady were married in the Salt Lake Temple. Dusty and I were able to go to the sealing and it was beautiful. We are so happy for them!! Congrats Whit and Brady!

Lindon City Aquatic Center

While my mom, Tia and the kids were here we went over to the Lindon Aquatic Center. Dusty and I got off work a couple hours early and enjoyed the day! We didn't get to spend too much time there because there was lightning, but we still had a great time!

What is a must when Trae visits YaYa & Dust - Jumping Jacks

On Tuesday we decided to make a trip over to Jumping Jacks. We had a GREAT time. The kids loved it, and lets be honest, so did the adults.

Dusty's Birthday

Dusty had a nice little birthday. He had to work, but before Trae and Kira left they came to wish Uncle Dust, or as Kira calls him "D" a Happy Birthday!

They each got a pick out a balloon and a treat. They were super excited.

Later that night we met up with Dusty's family at Tucanos for Dusty's birthday dinner. It is always a must on his birthday. Hope you had a great day!

23 is an Odd Number

I had a birthday on Sunday and turned 23. It is such a weird number. But I enjoyed my birthday anway. My mom and sister and her kids all were here to celebrate with me. The kids were so excited and made great decorations for me. Jeff and Kitani, and Karly and Carlos all came over for a delicious dinner made by head chef Lorriane (aka my mom) and the sous chef Dusty. They did great and it was amazing!!!! Thanks everyone for spending my birthday with me.

Wedding on the Weekend

Saturday Dusty and I were able to go to his cousin Destry's wedding. I had never met Destry and actually didn't even get to meet him at the wedding, but it was a beautiful wedding and reception.
