Jazz vs Lakers

So that sweet husband of mine, King of the Last Minute Deals, got us tickets to the Jazz game last night. At first I wasn't too excited, but I am so glad that I went. It was intense and it was a great game! I am glad that it was a blow out either way. And Dusty took me to one of my fav restaraunts before the game, Pei Wei! It was delicious! Us before the game started - I was already tired.

Spring Weather

This weekend we enjoyed the warm weather. It was such a nice change. Dusty worked outside and he always makes our yard look so nice! And Harley enjoyed the time that Dusty spent with her outside. She can't get enough of him. She likes to follow him around, and just hang out. She is the best dog. And I love that picture of her. She is cute!

Our tulips have been out and I have been enjoying them! They are gorgeous. Too bad they can't last all year. I guess I will have to decide what other flowers I want.

Homemade Pizza and Twilight

Every Thursday night we have a get together at our house to watch Grey's Anatomy with some of our best friends. Last night Grey's wasn't on, so we took the opprotunity to watch a movie instead. We made some amazing homemade pizza (Dusty did the dough - what a babe!) and watch Twilight. Karly and Carlos had never seen it, so we watched it. It was a very entertaining night to say the least. Good food, great convo, and an entertaining movie.

Weekend fun with the kids

So after the sealing Tia and her family came and stayed with us for the rest of the weekend.

Sealing

This weekend, my sister and her family were sealed in the Logan Temple. It was so exciting!

It was awesome! She did little sack lunches for each of the kids with the letter of their name on the sack. They thought it was so great! And the rest of the food and decorations were also amazing! It was a great way to spend the weekend.

Quick Trip to Warmer Weather

This weekend we made a quick trip to Vegas to see my mom! We had so much fun just hanging out and enjoying warm weather. Karly and Carlos were also down for the weekend and we met up with them at the Shark Reef Aquarium. It was so cool!!!

Broncadette Alumni and Blackfoot Trip

This weekend we made a trip to Idaho. My dance team from high school had the alumni get together and perform a routine. It was a lot of fun, and so great to catch up with everyone. Friday night we had a get together and Marva Lu's house and ate yummy food, talked and watched old dance videos. You can't beat that!Me and Leah - we always had so much fun together!

February Recap

So February has been a lot of fun, but I haven't made the time to do any posts on it. I know, Lame! But here are just some moments throughout the month.

Amazing Husband

Yesterday was an anniversary of sorts for Dusty and I. Four years ago Dusty proposed!! Every year we try and do something special, instead of celebrating Valentines Day.

It means just a little more. :) This year I didn'tthink that we had anything planned because it was a Tuesday night and Dusty has mutual. Well I was at work and Dusty gave me a call wondering if I wanted to meet up with our friends Peter and Amber to go eat at a new steakhouse in Salt Lake. I didn't mind, and said that I would get ready when I got home from work. Well, we didn't go and meet our friends, Dusty surprised me and took me to my favorite restaurant, The Melting Pot. It was so much fun, and I was surprised! I have an awesome husband who is always thinking of me and is doing romatic things. Thanks sweetie for an amazing night! You are the best!

Today is Karly's birthday. Last night we went to dinner at Chilis and then of course came back to our house to watch Grey's Anatomy. It is our weekly tradition. We had a great time, and hope that Karly had a fabulous day!

Basketball Game

This Saturday Dusty and I met up with my sister and her family to go to the ISU vs Weber State basketball game up in Ogden. We had a lot of fun. It was fun to see the kids and to be able to hang out with them.
