Easter, is it suppose to happen in March?

Easter  came up really fast this year. Dusty was not okay with it being in March, but he didn't have much say. We went to Papa and Grandma Batty's house on Saturday for an Easter egg hunt and to color eggs.

On Easter Sunday we went to church and then headed to my Grandma Karen's. We had dinner with them and the Pingel's. It was a lot fun, but I didn't get any pictures while we were up there

This is the face she gave when I said "show me a pretty smile"

I was super lame and didn't hide her Easter basket but she still liked it

California with the Batty's

In March we were able to go with all of Dusty's family to California. We stayed at a house close to Disneyland and spent a couple of days at Disneyland and California Adventure. We had a really good time!

The Princess Faire opened the day that we went and so we headed there first to meet some princesses
Kinley was very excited!

Beach Time

A trip to California isn't complete without a trip to the beach. Before even heading to the house, we hit the beach and then went back one more time during the week. It was a little cloudy the second day but we still had a great time.

This was when it was sunny on the beach

She still wanted to run and play in the water as much as we would let her
